Being a test expert in an agile team is very different than working in the QA department of a classical organization. As part of the team you need to be proactive and engage the development cycle throughout all its stage. This means that our traditional ways for testing our products, need to evolve as well. During this training we will see how agile mindset considers quality as the cornerstone of success, we will understand the expectations from the QA expert inside an agile team and we will learn tools and technique that will enable us to fulfill these expectations
